Client Requirements

There are a few things which are unavoidable and not in our hands. Well, medical emergency is one of them. However, as per the research, most people panic in such situations, as they go clueless. They don’t know what to do and how to react in such a situation; which is exactly why our client thought of getting a mobile app developed which can serve as a blessing during such medical emergencies.

The client requirement was to build cross platform mobile application for personal security system. He wants a system which can help people during medical emergency. He wants the application to have emergency contacts and that too in such a way that users can manage them. Also, he wants that users can manage lockbox details, account statistics as well as location. They should also be able to receive SMS and e-mails during emergency. Admin should have the access to app usage reports, user controls and CMS controls.

The specific requirements of this medical mobile application were:
